The 2007 Folly is 100% Syrah sourced from yields of 1.5 tons/acre and aged for 18 months in new French oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it sports an alluring bouquet of smoke, game, bacon, lavender, blueberry, and black raspberry. Layered and opulent on the palate with enough structure for 5-6 years of further evolution, it promises exceptional complexity with extended time in the cellar.
