The 2008 Clifford Bay Reserve Sauvignon Blanc has a subtle nose: freshly mown grass, apple with touches of lemon zest. Good definition. The palate has a crisp entry, zesty citrus fruit, fine definition with subtle tropical touches of passion fruit and white peach. Elegant finish and fine length. Excellent.
