Substantially more concentrated than the 2014, Villa Maria's 2015 Reserve Pinot Noir ticks all the boxes. Pristine aromas of black cherries show just enough complexity, hinting at herbs, spice and mushroom. The mouthfeel is ample and soft. The tannins ripe. The finish long. It's one of the best—if not the best—Villa Pinots I can remember tasting. And it should drink well for up to a decade.
