The 2022 Corbin has turned out beautifully, bursting with aromas of cherries and raspberries mingled with hints of violets, vine smoke and bay leaf. Medium to full-bodied, supple and velvety, it's bright, perfumed and polished, but with a touch more mid-palate density and texture than is habitual for this elegant-styled wine. It's a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, and such was the quality of all the lots that no second wine was produced this year.

The 2021 Corbin is a pretty, fine-boned wine, offering up beautifully pure aromas of red berries, cherries and licorice, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate with an ample core of fruit, polished tannins and lively acids. Seamless and succulent, it's a Merlot-dominant blend that was cropped at 30 hectoliters per hectare.
