This pristine property sets the pace for the entire Soturac area. Its vineyards are mainly located on the finest terraces in Cahors, producing wines that are some?what austere when young but develop a lovely finesse in bottle. The Cuvee Particuliere tends to show a more pleasing balance of wood than the luxury Cuvee Expression, which is distinctly denser and more robust.
