Medium ruby-purple in color, the 2013 Pinot Noir has earthy notes of damp loam and mossy bark over a core of red cherries, cranberries, lilacs and cinnamon stick. Tons of expressive flavors fill the palate with red berry and earthy layers. Beautifully ripe and yet packed into an elegant medium bodied package, it provides a medium level of fine grained tannins and has great persistence with some mineral notes coming through at the end.
